It's a comfortable place to stay, though the hotel is a bit old and the LCDs are outdated. The rates are somewhat high, but friendly staff and a kind, helpful receptionist made the stay pleasant.

The room was clean and nicely maintained, so staying here was a very nice experience. The hotel service was exceptional, especially from the receptionist Abo Aser, who was helpful and cooperative.

The lobby was very good, but I'd give the actual rooms two stars at most. I'm not sure about the bathroom. I didn't like it, though maybe it was nice and good, I guess.

The kitchen had a stove, pan, boiler and tea, and the toilets were clean with shampoo and tissue provided. The rooms were very clean, and the bedsheets had been freshly washed. It's close to the street, which is handy for travelers.

We had a clean king bedroom and a living room in the suite, with a kitchen and teapots. It was cozy and reasonably priced, with plenty of hot water and an elevator. The desk staff were clean and nice. There was some odd drilling around midnight, but they responded to our calls and it stopped soon. Otherwise I'd give it five stars. I love this town, its castles and heritage buildings.
