Madinah Aram Hotel

The toilet clogged every time we used it, and even the toilet pump didn’t help. We couldn’t do wudu or use the toilet, so we had to go to the haram. When I asked to change rooms, they flatly refused. I’d advise people to stay away. The hotel is only a 15-minute walk, but cabs are very cheap, especially with uber, so on a budget it’s worth staying farther away instead. I stayed at ARAM hotel in the second week of January 2026 and paid £475 for four nights, double what I paid in Makkah. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, absolutely disgusting and not worth a single penny. I wish I could give zero stars.

On January 23, 2026, I asked for my room to be cleaned even though it hadn’t been, and the Bangladeshi night shift receptionist scolded me. The service then was very poor, and the receptionist was rude and impolite, even scolding guests. There was no basic courtesy, so at first I strongly advised people against booking here. After the issue was addressed and the hotel owner contacted us, we felt much more comfortable. That was a positive and appreciated step, so we’ve changed the rating to four stars. I sincerely hope management keeps improving staff attitude and professionalism. May Allah bless everyone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a little cramped, and the hotel was well maintained. Staff were very polite and helpful. Street parking is easy to find nearby, and Masjid Nabawi is about a 10-minute walk away. Everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. A pleasant and satisfying stay in Madinah.

The rooms were very nice for the price. I didn’t expect this level of cleanliness or hospitality at an affordable rate. I’d recommend ibis styles in makkah and aram hotel in madina.
