Ruve Al Madinah

Being close to major sights and shopping, especially near Masjid al-Nabawi at the Madinah property, made it easy to pray and explore. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, check-in is smooth, and requests are generally handled promptly. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms with good amenities, though I think the bathrooms could be improved. Breakfast was a highlight for me. There’s a wide choice, including fruit, cold cuts, and eggs, and the hot dishes tend to change each day. The dining spaces are clean and modern, and the food is generally good. Love it!

Maasyaa Allaah, the food and the whole team were amazing. The dishes were beautifully presented like artwork, and the decor was lovely. The hotel is also very close to Gate 338 and the women’s entrance at Gate 25. Our room was clean and spacious enough.

I liked how close it was to the Prophets Masjid and nearby shops, and the service was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but street noise still came through even from the 12th floor. It also took me a while to figure out the AC controls.

The location near nabawi is great, and the room was clean with a nice-smelling corridor. The food tasted good, but it needs more variety. For example, add another protein and carb, and serve at least two different vegetables in a day. Some combinations didn’t make sense to me, like spaghetti with Indonesian soup instead of rice. We stayed three days, but room service never brought fresh towels. We asked for towels on the last day, and they still hadn’t arrived by the next day.
