The staff made the stay pleasant, especially the friendly, helpful receptionist. The hotel feels a little dated, and the LCDs could use an update. Prices are a bit high, but it’s still comfortable to stay here.

The room was clean and well kept, which made for a really nice stay. Abo Aser at reception was especially helpful and cooperative, and the service was excellent.
The lobby was really nice, but the rooms felt like two stars at most. I’m not sure about the bathroom, though. I didn’t like one of them, or maybe it was actually fine.
There’s a stove and pan in the kitchen, along with a boiler and tea. The rooms were very clean, the bedsheets had been freshly washed, and the toilets had shampoo and tissues. It’s also close to the street, which is handy for travelers.
The desk staff were nice, and the suite had a clean king bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and teapots. It was cozy, fairly priced, had plenty of hot water, and there’s an elevator. Around midnight, some strange drilling started, but they answered when we called and it stopped soon after. That’s why I’d give it four stars instead of five. I love this town, its castles, heritage buildings, and the rest.
