Parking may be hard to find. I’ve stayed here before, but this time my room shared a door with the adjacent room and the sound insulation was poor. It’s better to check about that when booking.

The receptionist was really supportive and provided an extra bed for our child. The room was spacious and the hotel was very clean and nice for families. There were children’s rides and a mosque right in front, and the highway was close by. Breakfast was limited to one option, about a five-minute walk away.
A handy stop if you’re coming from the Eastern Province, since the hotel is right by the highway and saves time. It’s about 120 km from Riyadh. I paid 100 SAR for a room with two beds, and it was pretty good with all the amenities. The staff were cooperative. You can call about an hour before you arrive so they can get the room ready.
Parking is limited, though there are places to park nearby. The prices are average. There are no facilities, the beds aren’t clean, and the staff aren’t professional. It isn’t family friendly or suited to international visitors. It may be suitable for children in terms of cleanliness, but this isn’t a hotel for a long stay.
It’s somewhat clean, but the old furniture and quilts smell and need replacing.
