The place is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed the whole evening. The Ramadan iftar was delicious, with beautifully presented food and flavors that captured the spirit of Ramadan. Everything felt organized and elegant, with a warm, positive atmosphere. Rawan Alblawi made it even more special. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable and valued. Her kindness and hospitality made the iftar unforgettable. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for such a lovely evening!

The mountains and nearby sights, including elephant Rock and Hegara, are world class and close by. The hotel is also near the old city and other attractions. I’d never visited Saudi Arabia before and wasn’t expecting to find such a beautiful resort. Our room was clean and beautifully appointed, with water regularly replenished. The pool was a lovely temperature, and we could look out at the mountains and birds. Housekeeping was prompt, and service was fast and excellent. Dinner was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet had the best variety and freshness I’ve ever had.

The resort is very well managed, and the staff were kind and helpful from reception through the rest of our visit. The pool and gym were great, and the peaceful setting was good for walks or just relaxing on the balconies and taking in the view. Rooms are spacious, the small terraces in front of the bungalows are lovely, and the amenities are great. A wonderful place for family and friends.

The rooms were small but clean, so I had no complaint about that. I did feel the price was high for what the property offers, and the location isn’t the best in AlUla. The reception staff didn’t seem adequately trained. At checkout, I asked for a tax invoice, which is a standard requirement at any accommodation. The receptionist said she didn’t know how to issue one and asked me to send my company details so it could be sent later. When I followed up, they said I should have told them a day before checkout, then didn’t provide the invoice. After that, they stopped replying to my messages. They also forgot to charge me for laundry. I had to remind them, then wait about 10 minutes for the responsible person to arrive so I could pay. It’s better to clarify all the details at or before check-in to avoid misunderstandings. Update: About 16 hours after I posted this review, they contacted me, apologized for the problems, and said they would take steps to improve service and prevent similar issues. They also offered compensation, which I appreciate. My last WhatsApp follow-up had gone unanswered, but I appreciate their quick response after the review and their willingness to address the issue and offer a solution.
