The room furniture needs replacing.

The furniture is old and should be updated, but the reception staff are helpful and provide excellent service. The price is very reasonable for everyone, and I recommend the place.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I honestly think the hotel is excellent. It could use a little more attention, though.

We booked two rooms, but the key card kept locking us out. Reception said they'd send someone, but nobody came. When we ran out of water, we called again and were told a worker would come. It took an hour for him to arrive. The receptionist was rude and arrogant, too. I've never known a hotel to run out of water. It was a very bad experience, and the hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere with no decent restaurants nearby.

The rooms were filthy and the furniture was old, and dealing with the Bangladeshi employee, Emon, made things worse. He was disrespectful, spoke down to everyone, and gave terrible service. He seemed to set prices arbitrarily. When I asked for a blanket, he said I'd have to pay for an extra one. He doesn't deserve even one star. I don't recommend dealing with them. 👎
