Al Bustan Crown Hotel 2

The service was awful. After our 24-hour stay, we were charged 50 SR for breakfast without being told beforehand that it would cost extra. At checkout, my friend was left waiting at reception for 15 minutes while the staff argued over a receipt. They'd also put 25 SR on his bill for an espresso he said he hadn't ordered. They kept milling around and arguing until we finally asked for our receipts and told them to let us go.

The restaurant and non-alcoholic bar are the best parts, with good flavor and quality. The hotel also serves breakfast, and although the gym facilities have deteriorated, the value for money is still somewhat better than it was at the town's number one hotel before Hala inn. Winter is a problem: the rooms get very cold, there are no heaters, and the quilts provided with the sheets look as if they may never be changed or washed.

The coffee shop's Arabic coffee with dates is very good, so give it a try. Room rates are reasonable for this area, and the rooms have a TV, AC, oven, and coffee corner. The bed is really hard, though, and could be better quality. One of the best hotels in ArAr.

The staff were very good and my room was clean. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room, and the toilet floor wasn't clean. There aren't any good restaurants or shopping malls within walking distance.
