Construction nearby meant being woken up very early. Customer service was cold, and the prices were high. They charged 50 SAR for breakfast, which was a joke: the food wasn’t fresh, with old cheese and bread and awful juice. There was no tea or coffee either. I stayed at Hala in, a 5 star hotel, for less. I don’t recommend this place; go to Hala I'm for the same price.

There’s nothing special about this hotel. The hospitality was zero, and the atmosphere felt very sad.

It’s a decent enough place for one night: neat, with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is close to nothing except the highway, and I left too early to try breakfast. For a longer stay, I’d choose somewhere in a more interesting area.

The rooms are clean, but the service isn’t good enough. Breakfast was just two or three breads with an omelette. When I asked reception for extra water, they said it would cost extra: a 300ml bottle was 2 SAR, double what it costs at any grocery store. Amazing way to make money for a one-time visit. I definitely won’t stay here next time. Charging for water bottles is a pathetic business idea.

The receptionists spoke to me rudely and lacked respect and manners. When I politely asked for something, they even hung up on me. Service was painfully slow, and basic things were missing from the room. Housekeeping took forever to bring anything, if I could even get in touch with them. Our stay was awful, and I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. If you want a lovely stay and good service in arar, this shouldn’t be your choice. Stay away!
