Amber Hospitality - BLVD

I only went as far as dropping off a friend who had booked online from another country. The hotel is near two of Riyadh’s main attractions, Blvd city and Blv World. Parking outside is confusing: there’s little space at the front, and the barrier on the right is for the exit. The entrance to the car park is on another street, to the right of the hotel. The parking area is narrow, so getting a long saloon car out can be a bit tricky. There’s no reception desk, and service is through the what's up app. The outside door stays locked, so someone has to let you in. That’s a nice security feature, though it may be awkward for first-time visitors. If you arrive in the morning, rooms won’t be ready until 4 pm onwards. The flat itself is large, nice, and quiet, with a large 75 inch TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The building and rooms are clean, well maintained, and in a great location. I had some trouble checking myself in, but the support team sorted it out later.

We’re really happy we came and stayed in the 3BHK. It’s one of the best hotel apartments we’ve ever stayed in, with a lovely atmosphere and a layout that’s great for kids and families. There’s no room service, though. If you need something, you have to message the number provided, and they’ll come if they’re available.

I was unsure when booking whether Amber Hospitality BLVD would live up to the glowing reviews, but staying there made me glad I took the chance. Thanks to the people who shared honest reviews before me. I can see why they rave about the place, and I’d tell anyone reading this to give it a shot. The apartment was spotless, fresh, and carefully maintained. After a long day, it felt comfortable and peaceful. The team was professional and knew how to look after guests. When we asked for housekeeping, amenities, or directions, they found a solution within minutes. Everyone was warm and courteous, and the service and attention to small needs made this feel like a 5-star stay. I’ve stayed at several places in Riyadh, and this one has set a new benchmark for me. Amber Hospitality has become our choice for every future trip, and we won’t look for somewhere else to stay in Riyadh. The comfort, cleanliness, professionalism, and warmth were unmatched. Every riyal felt well spent. Kudos to the whole team for redefining what apartment stays can be. Keep up the fantastic work, and I genuinely hope the service stays at this level or gets even better.
