The service was poor, and the front desk staff had a bad attitude. They only brought basic things like a kettle and bath towels after we asked repeatedly.

This was the worst experience I've had so far, and I don't recommend the place at all. The staff, who were "Indians," were rude and spoke to me as if I were staying in their house. They disturbed me every day, even around 2 a.m., asking for payment although I'd already paid. They'd call ten times a day or pound on the door so hard it seemed like it might break. When I arrived, I was told my reserved room wasn't available and had to pay extra for another one. And after all that, you can't complain.

The hotel was noisy. When the receptionist called someone, you could hear it on the second floor. My room smelled really bad and was full of cockroaches. A very bad experience.

There was a power cut for hours, and the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach room 306. The room also lacked basics like a water heater, drinking water, and an electric heating plate. We booked for three people, expecting one single bed and one double, but they gave us two single beds. There was no parking and the area had heavy traffic. The staff need more training. One Sudanese man was very disruptive and came to my room at 12:30 at night to check whether I'd paid. He was awful at his best. OYO isn't as worthwhile as advertised, and its representatives aren't worth it in Saudi Arabia. At the last moment, OYO representatives asked me to switch from OYO 444 because it was overbooked or for some other reason. They offered OYO 165 for the same terms, and I booked it for less through Agoda.
