McDonald's is next door, there's a pharmacy opposite, and everything is close by. I liked the hotel and its location. The WiFi was very weak. Zain was weak too, though STC worked well. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention: they didn't replace the towels when they should have. Please keep the place clean, and I'd love to see something similar in other cities across the kingdom.

The location was prime, the staff friendly, the beds comfortable, and everything was super clean. My only issue was the price. I expected more at this price level, since it's in the same range as ghodran and the national park hotel. Next time I'll probably stay at one of those instead.

It's the most comfortable, spacious, and clean hotel in the Baha region, though the family room costs too much.

They cancelled my booking because I arrived late, so I can't count on them. Bad experience. Is this a hotel or a medical appointment?
