The reception experience really put me off. After I’d been there three days, they called me down twice just to give me basic instructions, and both the owner and agent came across as condescending and very unprofessional. I felt unwelcome, especially in the lobby. The rooms were dirty and badly kept, and the service and facilities were unacceptable. One of the worst stays I’ve had. ATROCIOUS

The reception was great, and the airport is nearby. Wi-Fi worked well. The place was clean enough, and they provide disposable towels.

The standard was really poor, and everything looked worn out. The photos must have been taken on a very good day 😂 They also charged me twice, 750 Dirham each time, so 1,500 Dirham total. They seemed to be trying to cheat me, and they don't speak English. I stayed just one night. Don't book here.

The staff were attentive and ready to help, and the price was very reasonable. I had a really pleasant stay. Thanks so much to Hani Almasry for making it such a good time.

I found the reception staff friendly and cooperative. The other staff I dealt with were helpful and polite too. I don't understand why people say bad things about this hotel.
