The employees were very kind and helpful, and the service was a 10/10. The stay itself was a letdown. We booked through Booking and felt scammed because the room didn't look like the pictures. This isn't really a hotel, more like studios or small apartments. Our room was dated and needed renovation. The bathroom was a disaster: after a shower, the floor turned into a pool. The bed was good, but a stain on the sheets grossed us out. Thank God I brought my own. The place wasn't as neat as we'd hoped. The corridor smelled absolutely vile. I couldn't tell whether it was bakhoor, shisha, or someone cooking. There was also nothing to do around there, not even a coffee shop or a store.
