Ideal Home Hotel

This doesn't feel like a hotel. The quality is very low, it's noisy and there's no privacy or respect.

The view was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, and it felt like real care had gone into looking after it and the hotel, rather than just making a shallow show of it. Room service was a little slow, but the stay was lovely overall. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've stayed in many countries and several cities in Saudi Arabia, and I'd strongly advise people visiting Medina not to choose this hotel. The service is bad, management is disrespectful, and the room smelled very bad. Don't stay here.

The room was clean and large, and the Wi-Fi was good. Water pressure was strong and the heater worked well. There's a big parking area at the back, plus a bank and some restaurants very close by. You can use the Careem app since there are very few taxis. As an apartment it's not bad, but I wouldn't call it a hotel because the hospitality is lacking. The receptionist only speaks Arabic. It's far from the city center and haram, and the price is a little high compared with other good hotels near the city. Breakfast is available, but I couldn't eat the Fool & Kubbus and there was no other choice.
