Central Park Hotel Bisha

I found this to be the cheapest place in its class in Bisha. It's a calm, composed spot, and the city is nice to visit. If you're traveling from Riyadh to Abha along this route, Bisha works well for an overnight stop.

The hotel manager was rude and tried to claim we hadn't booked certain nights during our weeklong stay. Once we called his bluff, he ignored us for the rest of the week, apart from asking every morning, “when you checkout?” The hotel was scruffy and dirty, with chipped tiles, stained carpets, and a bad smell in the bathroom. The towels had big holes, and we had to ask for fresh ones and for the bin to be emptied. Wi-Fi was unusable on every floor, even for basic internet searches. Spend a little more and go to the grand hotel, which is much nicer.

The staff were welcoming and good overall, but the receptionist first gave me the wrong room, different from the one I'd booked. I complained and he changed it. Breakfast was average. The room was fine, though it needs cleaning and improvement. The bathroom door needs renovation, and the old shower should be replaced.

Really bad experience. The team was very unprofessional: I booked a Deluxe room but got a standard one for the same price.
