Aris Furnished Apartments

The staff were gentle, and the shower had strong water pressure with water hot enough. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It also had the basics I needed, including a microwave, oven, and washing machine.

Customer service was the best I've experienced in KSA. The apartment was very clean, and even though I stayed only one night, I'd be happy to stay long term. It has the basic utensils and tools an apartment needs, plus lovely pillows. There’s no on-site restaurant, but ordering through a food delivery app worked fine. I wasn't thrilled that there were no bathtubs and the bathroom was basic, like in most KSA hotels, though the great water pressure helped make up for it. I hope they keep the standards up. We’ll stay here again.

I really liked the stay, from reception through to our room. The main issues were the bathrooms, where there was too much water leakage, and the heater, which worked in the living room but not in the bedrooms.

A quiet, comfortable hotel with good staff. Everything was really clean too.
