🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mr. Salah at reception made check-in easy and welcomed me warmly. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to help. That set a great tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed. Housekeeping kept it tidy, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept well each night. I had a very comfortable stay with quality service, and I'm happy to give the hotel five stars. Special thanks to Mr. Salah for his hospitality. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay.

The service is good and the rooms are spacious, but my non-smoking room still had a strong smell of smoke. Breakfast was a joke, just ordered from a nearby restaurant or place, and parking is tight. There's no underground parking either. I'm not sure I'll return.

When I was leaving, the staff said they couldn't help with my luggage because they had new customers to take care of. Ridiculous.
