Jayden Hotel Madinah

I stayed for three nights and would highly recommend this place. It’s spacious and clean, the mini-fridge kept our drinks cold, and everything worked. Housekeeping cleaned and topped up the room whenever we wanted. The staff were all polite and helpful. It’s perfectly placed beside Mosque Nawabi, less than five minutes away. After hearing the azan from my hotel room, I could go to the mosque and find a place inside to pray. Breakfast was good, though it leaned more toward Arab and Turkish food than a British breakfast. The omelette chef was really nice and made fried eggs without fuss when asked. A big thank you to Muhammed Ali, the concierge, who arranged a green taxi to Mecca for less than Uber was quoting. The driver was honest and reliable and got us there safely. Inshallah, I hope to stay here again when I return to Medina. 10/10.

The room was lovely and spotless, and we felt really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and nicely organized, with everything arranged well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and easy to reach whenever we needed something. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! 😊

The hotel itself was clean and lovely, and I had a genuinely nice stay thanks to the welcoming reception, restaurant, lobby, and bell staff. The location was very good too. But the housekeeping team on the 7th floor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and their treatment is why I’m giving one star. They were rude and dismissive whenever I asked for help, often telling me to go downstairs to reception. They also said they had run out of amenities every day, which I felt was untrue. The room was only partly cleaned: the toilet might be done, while the beds were left unmade and the floor wasn’t vacuumed. Refills were missing, so I had to keep calling reception. After I complained to the housekeeping supervisor, someone came back and cleaned the room properly, but the group gave me hostile looks for the rest of the day. It’s a shame, because the other staff and the hotel were so nice. Because of the 7th floor housekeeping staff’s behavior, I don’t think we’ll come back.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The cleaning staff were especially friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with, always ready to help. I felt at home here. Getting here was easy too: the location is about a 7 minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. Check-in went smoothly, and thanks to Orjwan, we were able to get into our room around 6 hours early. The staff were helpful from the start. I really enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend it or return.
