Biplop was fantastic at the Ramadan Buffet. He helped me with every selection and made sure I was looked after, which made it feel like a VIP experience. The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Biplop!

Abdul Qadir deserves a special thanks for being so attentive and kind. The wait staff were all polite and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good range of choices. They really made our morning. Highly recommended!

The place is easy to access for elderly guests and wheelchair users, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Breakfast at Braira Dammam had a nice range of options, including good hot dogs and pancakes. The staff were very friendly, especially Abdul Qader, who gave excellent service. Highly recommended!

Shakil and Mehbob from housekeeping kept my room perfectly clean and well arranged throughout my stay. Both were polite, efficient, and attentive to the details. Their professional, positive attitude made things much more comfortable. Thank you both for the great work! 💜💜

The restaurant and room service shut at 8 PM, which made late dinners inconvenient, especially if you get back late. Plan meals around that. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay with good amenities. The rooms are spacious, the lobby feels welcoming, and parking is available. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a beautiful view while eating.
