I stayed four nights, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Ms. Zahra at reception, along with Kausar and Raju from housekeeping, deserve special thanks for their service. A few things could be improved. The carpets are worn, especially in room 221, and should be replaced. It would also be useful to have a microwave and cutlery in the rooms. I also noticed what seemed like too many unnecessary windows in the washrooms. I hope this feedback helps.

The location worked well for my project in qatif and for getting into Dammam city. Mr. Hassan & Zahra were hospitable and supportive, and I enjoyed staying here during my time in Dammam. I’d definitely recommend it.

Eastward Hotel was a pleasant place to stay in Dammam. The rooms are calm and clean, with master bedrooms, and the staff are professional and cooperative. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place there.

The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was a mess. The tiles looked dirty and slippery, and the water wasn’t draining. I told the HK guy, who said he’d fix it, but this should have been checked before a guest arrived. The lift also wasn’t working, so we walked up three floors, and nobody answered when we called reception. At checkout, though, a nice guy at reception thanked us 😊

Mr. MOHAMMED ALMOUSA deserves special thanks for his selfless help and impeccable service. The staff were polite and really helpful throughout our stay. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and a good spot for an overnight visit. Thanks for the hospitality 🤗
