The location is decent, with a supermarket nearby, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The AC in the rooms was poor, the fridge smelled bad, and there was no oven. They provided just one bar of soap and no tissues. The comforter smelled, some of the lights didn’t work, and the curtains were dirty. The iron was broken, the drainage was poor, and hot water took 7-10 minutes to come through. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. Read carefully before booking.
I left after one night, though I had booked and paid cash for six. The room had mold spots across the walls and ceiling, the bedroom power went out and never came back, and the WiFi kept cutting out so I couldn’t work. I also had to wait for my change after checking in around 4pm. When I went down about 6:30pm to raise the WiFi and power problems, the receptionist gave me the change first, then refunded the unused nights after making me cancel the full Booking.com reservation. The receptionist and staff were respectful, but the delay with my change added to my frustration. I was tired, hungry, and carrying a lot of bags, so I decided to stay just the one night.
The location is the highlight, near Cornich, with a small park, a Masjid, a fuel station, and a Mall nearby. There’s a quiet path for walks, and the classic room came at a moderate price.
Furnished apartments go for 120-130 a day or 1800-2000 a month. It’s close to a fuel station, supermarket, and mosque.
The rooms were clean for the price, so it’s a good choice for a short stay.
