The reception staff were very helpful with any requests, and the service was excellent. A good hotel in a good location. Thank you, Abu Hudhaifa.

I booked four days starting on Saturday and paid the full amount because I trusted them to provide good service. But when I got to the room, there was no pillowcase. They said they didn’t have one yet and it would be ready by noon. I accepted that and spent the day without it. Later, when I woke up in the afternoon, the water had been turned off. They told me it would be back in an hour or two, but it still wasn’t on by 11. I said I was leaving and asked for my change. I kept following up until Monday, but everyone gave me another excuse and a deadline. They claimed other people had taken 42,000 from them, and my money still hasn’t been returned. What did I do wrong? What did the person they say withdrew the money do wrong? Banks are open every day. They made the mistake, so they should bear the consequences, not me, the guest.

The staff were very professional and polite, especially Abu Hudhaifa, the Yemeni staff member. 🫡 The hotel itself is beautiful, and its location makes it really convenient for anyone visiting Abha, with everything close at hand.

It’s quiet and well kept, and you’re close to Al-Soudah and the services around town. Thanks to the receptionist for such good service.
