The hotel is outside Dammam city centre. There’s a TV in the room, but it didn’t work. Fine for a night’s sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

The place is affordable and nice, and the cleaning staff are the problem for me. They speak loudly in the hallways while guests are trying to rest. They should be reminded to be more considerate or hire proper staff. I’m giving it one star, and no more.
The rooms and surroundings were good, but this wasn’t a peaceful stay. Kids crying around the hotel woke me more than once, first from 4am to 5am and again after 10am. The property seems to be in a residential area, so the noise may have come from nearby homes. Booking.com showed a total of 115 including VAT and other charges, but reception charged me 136, which felt high for this hotel.
I was totally disappointed by the receptionist’s attitude. I booked online, but when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms available. That’s unacceptable, and I strongly disagree with how this was handled. I
Everything was fine, and the accommodation was outclass, the best.
