Al Nosour Al Mohajreen Hotel

There was no room cleaning for four days, and the AC stayed broken for three days with no action from staff. The washrooms are tiny, and the lifts were a mess, with 20 people waiting for one. It was a pathetic stay and staff were very rude. This isn’t a three-star hotel, and they’re completely fooling people. Never stay here, you’ll regret it.

After nimaz, about 30 people were waiting for a lift, and we had to wait 15 minutes. That was a huge stress and terrible service. There are three lifts, but only two work, and one is always closed. Each lift can take only four people, or it still says it’s too heavily loaded. The rooms are close together, and the toilets on every floor smell awful. No service at all. Not recommended.

The hotel was really good overall, though the female receptionist was very rude. Abdul Latif, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful, provided excellent customer service, and regularly checked how guests were doing. He sorted out problems straight away. After we checked out, we forgot our iPad and he informed us immediately. He’s a hardworking, honest brother, among the few people I’ve met with those qualities, and he made our stay excellent.

The hotel is in a very good spot on Al hijrah road, and both the rooms and lobby were clean. There’s no air conditioning on the ground floor, or it wasn’t working, and the WiFi only worked there. During busy periods the three lifts can take a while. It’s more like a two-star hotel, but they provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo every day.
