I slept really well here. The area is quiet, and the rooms get plenty of natural light. Staff were courteous and quick to help, check-in and checkout were fast, and they handled the invoice without me having to chase anyone. The bathroom was roomy, clean, and had strong water pressure. For the price, this boutique stay is hard to beat. There aren't any shops or outlets close by, though, and adjustable shower pressure would have made the room hardware better. A good fit for business travelers looking for a calm place to recharge.

The pool was the main reason we picked this place, and it was very nice, though some shade around it would help. We were happy with the cleanliness, facilities, staff, and management, and the internet was faster than at golden tulip suites. There wasn't in-house catering. The coffee shop had fresh juice and some desserts, but during our stay it only opened at noon. We were told the first-floor kids zone and Cview catering were closed for maintenance, so we took the opportunity to explore. Google Maps showed restaurants about 5 km [3 miles] away. We'd choose this place again on our next visit to dammam.

For the price, these rooms are a good deal. They're spacious and feel welcoming, and I had a really good stay.

The apartment was furnished, neat, and clean, with excellent service and a great location for a reasonable price. The restaurant was closed during Ramadan. The pool looked hygienic and was well maintained, but the water was so cold that we couldn't get in, especially the kids. There's no heating system.
