After driving for 10 hours, I reached the hotel exhausted with my family and children, and I was in Ihram. The two Egyptian employees handling ebookings told me there was no parking, even though the online listing said parking was available. They then said it would cost an extra 50 SAR. I agreed, showed them my car, and was told it was too big and I should park somewhere else. Another guest had the same problem and was treated the same way. They lied and showed no respect to guests of Makkah. The hotel was filthy too, including the washrooms. Worst hotel I've experienced. Wallah, I won't return.

It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Haram from the hotel. Not right next door, but not very far either.

The shuttle is just one bus, so getting to Haram can depend on luck; otherwise you may have to pay 10 to 20 SR for a taxi. And the lifts take forever, while Hajj guests have to carry their own baggage to their rooms. There was no service, no towels, and no Jan namaz. After bathing, you apparently have to buy basic items yourself to wipe the water off your clothes. The floors smelled bad, people were smoking in the lobby, and I couldn't find staff around. They treated hajji disrespectfully. If they knew Arabic, staff would listen to their questions, but if they didn't, they wouldn't. My room was dirty and unhygienic, with stains on the carpet and wall, including spit stains. The washroom was dirty when I got the key, and the washbasin pipe was clogged and overflowed within minutes. I stayed five days and regret choosing this place on Ibrahim Khalil Road. It's a below-average 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one. A waste of money, and I urge people not to book it.
