Parking is the drawback. There's no car park, so finding somewhere for your own car is difficult. Otherwise, this is a nice, clean place for the price, with a comfortable room and good service. It's a 3-star hotel in Mecca and deserves consideration. Haram is about a 20-minute walk away, but the hotel runs free transport to and from Haram every 30 minutes. I'd recommend it.

The towels and bed covers weren't changed for three nights, and the room telephone was disconnected. There was no kettle for water, no room service, and the room was dirty. The receptionist was bad, and there was no hot water. One of the worst hotels in Makkah.

The staff are very friendly. A shuttle bus takes you to the Jarwal tunnel, then it's about a 10-minute walk through the air-conditioned tunnel. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. If you need something, it's hard to get it.

It's not bad. You're here for Hajj, so don't lose focus.

The beds were clean, the room had air conditioning, and Al-Haram was an eight-minute walk away.
