The welcome message on the room screen felt personal in a way I hadn’t experienced at a hotel before. It matched the warmth, respect, and attentiveness we received throughout our stay at Raffles Makkah. The staff were consistently thoughtful and went above and beyond, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was serene. Every detail was handled with care, making the stay comfortable and memorable. We had an amazing experience and felt truly valued. Raffles Makkah sets a very high bar for luxury and heartfelt hospitality.

During our Umrah in January 2026, we stayed at Raffles Makkah Palace and found the cleanliness and comfort to be of a very high standard. Its location near Masjid al-Haram is a great blessing for pilgrims. Ashraf and Anshad deserve special mention for their outstanding service. They were respectful, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay more peaceful and memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care showed the spirit of hospitality. We’re grateful for their service and highly recommend the hotel to families and Umrah visitors.

Nadi made us feel welcome with his professional, warm manner and kind assistance throughout our stay. Chef Dikri and Chef Tambri also deserve thanks for the delicious, well-prepared food and the care they put into quality and detail. Raffles Makkah has elegant rooms, a comfortable atmosphere, and outstanding service. Our stay felt peaceful and memorable. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay again.

Manager Anshad and Head Chef Tambri gave us remarkable attention, personally checking in during every meal to see if everything met our expectations. Anshad also kept in touch proactively, making it easy and stress-free to coordinate what we needed. Our family felt well cared for from the moment we arrived at Raffles Makkah Palace. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our requirements and keep us comfortable. Their service made our Umrah pilgrimage much more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined experience in Makkah.

The room was spotless and everything was put in its place. Mir Motiur Rahman, Himdan, and Sajib were courteous and thoughtful throughout, and their friendly manner made me feel at home during my stay at Makkah Palace Raffles. Really appreciate the care they took, five stars.
