The rooms were good, and the hotel entrance looked attractive and felt quiet. Free WiFi was available, too. I was there for Umrah and felt the staff cared more about foreign visitors than local people, based on what I saw. Maybe the busy Umrah schedule had something to do with it. The hotel is near a main road, but the entrance road was always congested.

The main drawback for me was parking. There wasn't any available, which is a big problem if you have a car. Otherwise, this is a really good choice for a true three-star hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and there was air conditioning, a TV, free WiFi, and a nice bathroom. The small kitchen had a refrigerator, sink, and full kitchen amenities.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, though the rooms are a little small. For the price, you can't expect more. It's close to Masjid al Haram and was a cheap, pocket-friendly place to stay during my Umrah. I stayed at this same hotel on pilgrimage and loved how affordable it was.

For this price, the service is the best, period. There’s a bus to the Haram for the five daily prayers. Reception was just okay. If you book online, make sure to confirm it afterward. Thanks.

The hotel was neat and clean. The shuttle doesn't go directly there, though, so you have to switch buses along the way. I also had no mobile coverage in my room.
