We booked a room with breakfast for three nights, but after one night my family and I checked out and canceled the rest. Breakfast was poor, with stale food and dirty plates, and the workers were rude. The furniture was in bad shape, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty, the sofas were dirty, the AC was broken, the bathroom tap was broken, and so was the elevator. I took as many photos as I could so people can see these issues before booking. When I asked the kitchen staff for a one-egg omelet, I was told, "Eat from what you see is available, this is not a BOOFIA!! (sandwich shop)" The stay was unbearable. Avoid booking here if you can. I feel bad for guests whose companies put them here for projects and leave them no other option. Truly pathetic.

The bedroom AC units don't work, and the hotel doesn't have central air conditioning. I asked management to move us to another room, but they didn't care. The technician got the AC running, then it stopped again after five minutes. Save your money and skip this place.

They only left a 330ml bottle of water for the whole day. When we asked for another, they refused and told us to buy one at a nearby supermarket, even though we were paying almost 230 SAR a day. Worst I've seen.
