Warwick Hotel Jeddah

We came for the Iftar buffet, without staying at the hotel. We’d previously had an excellent seafood buffet here, so expected something close to that quality. This meal fell short in almost every way, even though it cost more. There weren’t many choices, the main dishes lacked flavor, and the desserts were underwhelming. Both the taste and presentation missed the standard we remembered. We hope management takes the feedback seriously and brings the quality in line with the hotel’s reputation.

Having food chains within a 500 meter walk was convenient, and the whole visit felt like being at home. The staff were professional from check-in through breakfast the next morning. I booked a Family Suite for one night, and my wife and boys were glad I chose Warwick Hotel. It’s my first choice whenever I’m in Jeddah, Insha Allah, and I’d give it five stars. I must mention the bell boy. Mahmoud, the F&B Manager, and his team looked after us especially well.

Arman looked after us so attentively on both nights we had dinner. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. The food was lovely, both breakfast and dinner, and very reasonably priced, below what you’d expect at a hotel. We stayed at the Warwick hotel over the weekend. Friday’s seafood buffet was delicious and very cheap, and our kids ate free. Thumbs up to Arman and the lovely staff.

The location worked well, and the buffet was spot on. The serving staff were really welcoming, especially Mahmoud.
