I won't come back. The call center staff gave us misleading information and seemed focused on getting us to pay. We were told the pool was for families, so we understood everyone could use it. After arriving, we were told women couldn't enter the water, even in swimming suits that fit the modest-dressing code. We paid to swim as a family, but had to swim separately instead. The team misled and misinformed us, and it was the worst experience ever.

The sea view is stunning, and both the food and service are excellent. I’d definitely recommend coming here to dine or meet friends or clients.

We liked the privacy, and it felt worth what we paid, perhaps because we visited on a weekday. It’s a good family vacation spot. We had to ask around for the speed boat and yacht tour hours, since they weren’t posted anywhere. They currently run from 6 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 6 pm, so displaying that information would help.

The beach was clean, and I found the stay relaxing. There are activities like jet skiing and cycling, plus a playground for kids, though we didn’t do much because of covid-19 restrictions. Customer service, the front desk, and security were very satisfying. Still, this was an overpriced getaway: I paid 1922 SAR for one night, but the furniture was old and the chalet wasn’t as clean as I expected. Housekeeping service was absurd. Get your groceries before entering the resort, because the mini market is overpriced too.

I paid over 2000 SR for a one-bedroom unit for one night, and the quality was unacceptable. The kitchen was broken, there were no cooking dishes, the appliances didn’t work, and the TV channels weren’t visible. Noise also kept me from sleeping well. The rates are very high for such poor quality. Where are the tourism inspectors for this miserable place? No wonder people go to Bahrain or other GCC country, where we find very attractive rates and excellent quality resorts and accommodations.
