I stayed here for an appointment at Fakieh Hospital, just a 5-minute drive away. The central location made getting around northern and southern Jeddah easy, and it’s close to the sea and Al-Hamra Corniche. The area is quiet, with restaurants, cafes, a laundry, and a salon nearby. The price felt excellent for the quality. The place was very clean and had a kettle, bread warmer, and capsule coffee maker. The owner was respectful, ethical, and helpful. After I checked out and went to the hospital, they completed the checkout, but the hospital gave me another appointment three hours later. I contacted the owner, who welcomed me back, said the room was ready and cleaned at no charge, and let me stay past checkout time. I can't thank this humble man enough. May God reward him, grant him success, and bless his livelihood. There's also a building security guard who provides the service you need. I think if apartment building owners used this model for everyone providing accommodation services, it would be 100% successful. Good luck, from your brother, travel blogger fifi_000.

I booked through Airbnb. ORO Hotel was excellent, and I really liked the place. It was very clean and the price was great. Saeed is polite and respectful, responds quickly, and the staff are always available. Thank you so much!

Brothers, I swear to God, this is the worst service I've ever had. Be careful about the contract fee. They make you wait until you've signed and then ask for 250. Don't pay it. The clean appearance is misleading. Once you sign, the office stops responding. There's only one employee, and he's grumpy and on edge all the time, even though you're paying. They promised fast internet, but it only works in the hallways. Inside the apartment, the channels are cut off and there's no TV, and it's password protected. Calling the office gets no answer. The employee says it's not his job, just cleaning. The owner answered the first time, then hung up and hasn't replied since. I've been calling for two weeks. He reads my WhatsApp messages without responding, and the office staff do the same. Their prices are high, too. May God punish them, may He not forgive them or bless their wealth, and may He wipe out the livelihood of whoever made them arrogant and oppressive.

It's a new building, but the rooms are small. The room lighting is very dim, with only four 7-inch spotlights and no second line.
