We spent the EID holiday here as a family, and Donia at reception made check-in and our requests easy with her warm, professional help. Manager Jawad also kept the stay running smoothly. The hotel itself is in medium condition, but I felt it was worth the price. Their care for guests made the visit memorable, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms are tidy and clean, and the staff are disciplined and kind. The cafeteria run by Mr Ghazi chef serves delicious food, too. Thanks to Mr Jawad sir for the hospitality. Since he joined the company, the hotel’s quality and standards have gone up, and the toiletries provided are good quality.

I stayed for two days, and when I returned around 2:00 PM to check out, I found that staff had entered my room without permission, collected all my belongings, and left them at reception. I’ve never had hotel staff unlock my room and go through my things like this anywhere in the world. It was a horrible, unprecedented breach of privacy, and they acted like goons. When I confronted the receptionist, the woman only gave me a smug look. I would have reported it to the police, but I had a flight to catch and no time. I hope the management learns a hard lesson from this.

The rooms are good, but the bearded Bengali mutawwa man at reception was very rude. They handed us a key and told us to check the room, but it wouldn’t open, wasting half an hour. The staff need better manners and courtesy.

Ahsan at reception deserves a big thanks for his attitude and customer service. The coffee shop was good too, with reasonable prices and great service from Mohamed Ghazi. Great place and location.
