I contacted another branch and got a clear, flexible answer: I could pay half in advance and settle the balance at the restaurant. The experience with Ms. Amal, the event coordinator, was the opposite. I asked whether I could buy the Cobone promotion and come in, allowing for its 24-hour reservation requirement. She refused and said it depended on “her timing.” I then tried booking directly through her. She sent an invoice requesting full payment upfront. I explained it was a dinner gift and asked to pay for five people, or at least 50% in advance. She said the minimum was 10 people and full payment was required. The buffet also wasn't available every day, and she offered no alternatives. For what was just a dinner reservation, every request got a “no.” Her communication and customer handling were very poor, and it made me question her role as an event coordinator. The other branch handled the same kind of request simply and professionally.

I had to eat at the hotel restaurant on two consecutive evenings because I was working late and there weren't decent places within walking distance. It seemed poorly managed, with staff often unavailable. The menu was limited and didn't match what could actually be ordered, and the restaurant had no charm or character. The rest of the hotel was comfortable and good value for money. My room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff at check-in were especially friendly and helpful. It's also relatively close to the hotel.

The restaurant and gym are great, and the hotel feels like an oasis in the “little chaos of Jeddah.” I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are super clean, the food is really good, and the staff are friendly and professional. The doormen are professional too. I travel with my bicycle and ask some unusual, very detailed questions, and they’ve been helpful with all of them. Hope to come back soon.

The housekeeping team kept my room spotless, fresh, and organized throughout my stay. Mr.Azad deserves special mention for the care and attention to detail. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with what I needed, and I appreciated the quality of the amenities. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help. I felt genuinely welcome and had a wonderful stay.
