The chalet was advertised for 10 people, but there weren’t enough beds. We asked for extra sheets, and two sheets and towels took twelve hours to arrive. Service was notably inadequate, and there were no keys available for the doors. The stairs felt unsafe for children, especially when damp. A dead palm tree stood in front of the chalet, and plastic debris on the poorly cleaned beach couldn’t be removed. We’d expected a good family stay after reading the comments, but reality was very different.

The private beach was the highlight, with wonderfully clear water, though it gets deep quickly, so don’t swim too far unless you’re confident. There’s also a pool if you’d rather relax without sand around. We called for a grill and it arrived quickly; bring your own meat, fish, and coals. Evenings were calm and great for a barbecue under the stars, though the mosquitoes kept pestering us. I’d come back with spray and more steaks.

The chalets are spacious and clean, and the private pool and beach make this a great family getaway. Reception responded quickly. Food service and the cafe need improvement, though. A supermarket, restaurant, or coffee shop is a 25-minute drive away, and the mini market only has basic snacks. There should be a couple of utensils for heating or microwaving food in the chalet. Bring water, since the supply is very limited.

I love this resort, but it’s a long way from services and delivery apps don’t cover the area. Otherwise, I’m a fan.

A calm atmosphere, lovely views, and really friendly staff made this an amazing resort. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
