We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and really liked how roomy it was. The furniture looked new and modern, and there was a nice selection of pillows. The washing machine was useful, and the whole hotel felt welcoming and surprisingly up to date. It was spotless and reasonably priced, a surprising find in the middle of nowhere. The Yemeni guy at reception was courteous and quick to help. There was a problem with our booking, but he sorted it out fast and gave us a discount. The AC was already running, as was the water heater, which isn't something you can count on everywhere. Breakfast was included and parking was easy. One of our best stops during six weeks on the road in Saudi. Definitely recommend it, and thanks!

Having separate smoking and non-smoking rooms was really convenient. I had a great stay, and for a business trip in that area, I'd strongly recommend it.

There was plenty of parking outside, and the staff at the entrance gates were professional and helpful. The underground parking, though, was cramped and small, so I'd avoid trying to park there. The building is new and the rooms are well kept. Housekeeping was satisfactory, and the food tasted good, although the choices were limited. Reception staff were welcoming and professional, but they didn't speak English. With Saudi preparing for a big increase in tourism under its new vision, it's important to have someone at reception who can help bridge that language gap.
