6/10
The place is clean and decent, but the kitchen setup is almost useless for cooking. There are no plates, spoons, or cookware, just an electric kettle, two cups, and two glasses. There isn't a microwave either, and in the cold weather food cools down fast. The room only has a mini cooler, not a refrigerator. Breakfast was very ordinary and disappointing. It might work if you're alone for a few days and don't plan to cook, but a longer stay with family would be tough.

The gym is well kept, and there's also a steam room and an outdoor pool. Some rooms have balconies.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, though they felt pricey for what was provided. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I didn't eat at the hotel. Getting into the underground parking was awkward: you have to check in on the first floor first, and finding your way out after checkout was even more complicated.

I was comfortable in the clean rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One small thing that became a real nuisance was the alarm clock. It reset whenever I left the room, so I had to set it again each time I came back. The pool and family cafe are nice to have, but the open pool area didn't give me much privacy, which made it hard to relax and swim. Screens or partitions would help. I'd still recommend the hotel for its rooms and staff, though sorting out those two issues would make a stay easier.

The restaurant meals were delicious every time, and the staff gave extraordinary service. A very nice hotel for the area.
