The price was affordable, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly. Still, the Booking.com location pin was inaccurate. The listing said there’d be a sofa bed and a balcony, but there was only a regular sofa and no balcony. I also thought the water, soft drinks, chocolate, and chips in the fridge were complimentary, then found out at checkout that I had to pay for what I’d eaten. The bathroom sink needs maintenance because opening the faucet sends water onto your body. Only three TV channels worked.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and we could see the whole city from it. The washrooms were neat too, and the customer service was good. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, and the minibar prices were quite reasonable.

The staff were friendly and the room was okay, but room service was terrible. I stayed five days and the room wasn’t cleaned once. Breakfast was just there, with room for improvement. The bathroom cleanliness was the worst part: when I arrived, the walls were dirty and there was hair on both the walls and floor. I almost left, but ended up cleaning some of it myself so I could manage. I wonder whether management checks the rooms or how well employees are doing their jobs. Disgusted!

It’s generally a good, clean place to live, with affordable rent that isn’t too high, and the service was good. The staff were helpful and cooperative with clients. Some rooms and bathtub areas in the washrooms need more renovation, but overall the place was in good condition for staying.
