Good people here. I arrived very late for my booking, but they still honored it and let my family and me keep the room for extra hours. The lobby boy was a big help as well.

Ahmed, the hotel manager, made my two weeks here much easier while I was working in Saudi Arabia from the UK. He helped me with the language barrier, arranged drivers, and made me feel at ease. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The place was clean and tidy, and staff were around to help. Breakfast was better than I expected. My only complaint is that I wish they offered even a small evening meal, since I had to find somewhere to eat each night. I get the impression the hotel isn't really set up for people staying for weeks. Thanks again.

Sohail Khan, the supervisor, handled our meeting and the service with real professionalism. His hospitality was excellent, and he made both our stay and meeting a great experience.
