The staff treated customers with care and respect, and the premises were very clean. I also appreciated the reasonable prices. I did notice they seemed higher, possibly because it was school holiday season. The hotel also appears to have some issues involving families, which I hope management will sort out. I hope the service keeps improving. Thank you for the effort.

Al-Eiri Hotel was clean and the staff were attentive, with a high standard of service. Still, I can’t recommend staying here because noise from other guests, and sometimes staff, made it hard to sleep. Doors slam so forcefully that the sound is disruptive and caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope management can address this. Thank you for your attention.

The loud noise here has made it hard for guests to get a proper night’s sleep. Doors are repeatedly shut with a bang, and the disturbance affects both guests and employees. I hope management takes steps to resolve it soon. The staff provide excellent customer service, the hotel is very clean, and the prices are competitive.

The beds are comfortable, and the sheets and pillows are clean, but there’s a bad smell in the room. The AC’s heating mode doesn’t work, so sleeping in winter wasn’t possible. The cleaning staff left the dirty floor and bin unattended, and the manager keeps ignoring customer complaints.

I came from Dammam for a one-day stay, but there was no water in the toilet. The staff were careless and arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend it. Thanks to the hotel owner for providing such terrible service. 😞
