After a disappointing experience, I went to Balqees Hotel, which was much better and cheaper. I’d booked on booking.com, called the hotel, and decided to go directly. At reception, the guy seemed to know nothing. The room he showed us wasn’t big enough for my family, unlike what I’d discussed on the phone, and he asked for double the amount for a bigger one. When I said I’d already called and confirmed, he said, "I don't know anything further, these are two options for you." I asked to speak to the manager, but he refused to connect me and told me to come back after 1.5 hours. That wasn’t possible since we’d travelled 3.5 hours from Al jouf. Big disappointment.

Based on the construction, maintenance is considerably better than at others in the market. No insects or cockroaches, which shows the cleanliness. Furniture may be a compromise depending on the price, and it varies a lot from room to room. My experience was as expected, but the rest is your luck. This was my room view from the Bissan Hotel Apartments.

The WiFi network is very bad, and the reception guy was terrible, with poor manners when speaking to customers. The rooms are very dirty, and nobody seems to care about the furniture or cleaning. I actually wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

A peaceful, relaxing place without traffic. The mall and market are nearby, 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
