Hail House Furnished Units

The rooms were excellent when we first arrived, and everything seemed fine, so we added another day. The location is convenient, with services nearby, though nights were noisy. In the morning, we asked the cleaner to tidy the apartment and he agreed, but when we got back, it was still untouched. We raised it with reception before going out around noon. They said it would be handled by the time we returned that evening, but it still hadn't been cleaned. The way we were treated was rude. I won't stay again.

The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous and treated guests really well. Hani, Fahd, and Anwar stood out in particular. Wishing them all the best and continued success.

I’d recommend these apartments. They’re especially clean, feel distinctive, and the service covers everything.

The room was really comfortable, and I appreciated how clean it was. Thanks to the staff for the excellent service, and to Mr. Hani at reception for the warm smile.
