Tamyoz Hotel Aprt

There are cafes and shops just around the corner, and plenty of free parking in front of and around the building. The location in Ha'il was excellent, and the room was very comfortable, spacious, and mostly clean. The large bed was amazing. It also had bathroom amenities, an iron and ironing board, plus a small balcony looking over the pool and lounge. Customer service was good too. They answered my questions quickly. The big letdown was the bathroom. I found a small cockroach when I went in and had to kill it, and there were dried yellow marks on the toilet seat that looked like urine. I also lifted the duvet and found strands of hair on the bed. That’s why I rated it 4 out of 5. It was my first stay in Ha'il, and apart from those dirty, unhygienic issues, this was a comfortable apartment in a great spot and at a pretty reasonable price.
