Oasis Residential

I had a good recent stay with my family. The rooms were neat and tidy, and Moanned at reception treated people very well and made us feel welcome. The price is very good, and the location is especially convenient if you’re using the train, since it’s very near haramain station. It’s a little far from the city, though, and with no restaurants within walking distance, having a car helps with getting food.

The rooms were extremely dirty, and they didn’t even change the bedsheets or provide towels. The toilet was broken, the staff were useless, and the hotel is very remote with nowhere nearby to eat. This place is a fraud hotel, and it’s very, very dirty.

The location was awful, with no food nearby and no basic amenities at the hotel. The washroom and beds were dirty, the toilets were broken, the wardrobe doors were damaged, and there were no towels. I booked another hotel, Basmah suites, but at the last moment they refused my booking and sent me here for the same price. These guys are fraud. This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it isn’t worth even 50 SAR.

The staff were excellent, polite, and positive, especially Mr.Abu Bakr. The hotel is very far from haram. Cleanliness didn’t match what the pictures showed, though they were about to start detailed room cleaning and maintenance.
