The lounge has complimentary tea and coffee, and Ahmed is a wonderful host who handles requests promptly. I stayed for three months, and the location was very convenient for shops and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and practical, and housekeeping was great. I'd fully recommend it and will be back soon. Thanks for the hospitality!

The room had a wonderful view, and the location is perfect. The price seems reasonable for the area. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were neat and clean, and there's a small gym.

The helpful staff and good hospitality from Mr ( Ahmed) made the stay nice. The place was clean and the service was good, so I extended my stay. Great location too. We'll come back again.

Al Rabie Residence is in Jeddah's posh Rawdah District, on Prince Sultan Street, next to Ana Ghaer Mall and overlooking Saudia City. It's a quiet, central little place, with short and long lease options for its boutique residential apartments. The building has six floors and a boxy concrete exterior covered in marble. Apartment types include studios and one bedroom, two bathroom units. Inside, the decor mixes homely, contemporary, modern, and classical styles. The welcome is warm and cleanliness is good. Services are basic, while prices seem reasonable for the size and furniture quality.
