The rooms and shared areas were very clean and well kept. The location is excellent, close to everything and convenient for getting around and exploring. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Really friendly people throughout, from reception to the restaurant. This is my kind of place. Had a great stay, thank you 🙌🏾

Breakfast had a great choice of food, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is a convenient distance from the airport and local amenities. General Manager (Abdelali) was super helpful. Thanks to everyone, I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment, I'd rate it minus 10. There was so little variety that a college student's fridge could offer more. The food tasted like convenience store stuff, and it literally seemed store bought. Even the orange juice wasn't fresh. The croissant was awful, like bread that had been sitting around for three days. The food wouldn't cost 20 SAR, yet you're paying twice or even three times that.

Hana at reception was excellent. She provided such good service and made me feel welcome.
