Very unsanitary. The toilet had no seat, and in one room a loo brush had been left on the floor. There was rubbish on the floor and marks on the sheets, and the rooms were dirty with loud AC. Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life.

As salam u alaikum, my family was quarantining at al-baia hotel jeddah, and the service was very bad. Food arrived late, and it tasted bad. My mother is a senior citizen with heart and sugar problems, and they didn’t provide drinking water either. Calls went unanswered, and the staff were very lazy. This was a very bad experience. Please, I request everyone not to go there.
The balcony view was amazing, and I’ve shared some photos of it below. The place is nice, with good service and everything else was really good. Rooms are a bit small, though, and there isn’t enough wardrobe space for clothes. The price is reasonable, and it’s near Baladh, Jeddah’s biggest shopping area. Food is a bit costly, but you can always eat outside.
The WiFi was outstanding, and every room had an LED TV 😀. The room and toilet looked average. I stayed overnight before flying back to KL after completing umrah. It wasn’t too bad, and there’s a flee market and shopping area about 300-400 metres away.
The room had bugs, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. The service was very bad, and the place is far from most entertainment spots if you’re hoping to have a good time. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.
