During my three-week stay, I asked three times for the room to be cleaned, and twice they simply ignored the request. Construction work went on every night until 2 or 3 AM, with heavy, loud equipment on my floor until 2 AM as well. Laundry messed up one item of clothing, washed it again, then never returned it. I only remembered after moving to another hotel and had to come back to collect it. After checking out, I realized I'd left two things in the room. When I asked, they just said they couldn't find them. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Not recommended at all.

A really bad stay. The place was dirty and smelled, and there were no water bottles or tissues.
